What is your return policy for opened devices?
You can return devices within 30 days of delivery. Please note that opened electronics must be in original packaging with all accessories included and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We primarily sell brand new, factory-sealed electronics. Any refurbished items are clearly labeled 'Certified Refurbished' and undergo a rigorous 50-point inspection process.
