Log into your PAX WORLD account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Quality Inspection & Refund
